The client is an international game studio developing mobile casual and puzzle games with a strong focus on high production quality and global scalability. The team specializes in transforming hyper-casual concepts into more polished casual products, combining engaging core gameplay with deep meta systems such as progression, live ops, monetization, and retention features.

What makes this project exciting?

We’re looking for a strong 3D Artist to help shape the visual direction of a new mobile puzzle game. This role combines hands-on 3D work, strong artistic taste, fast iteration, and smart use of AI tools to create polished, appealing visuals for mobile gameplay.

What makes you a great fit

Experience as a 3D Artist in mobile games or stylized game production
Strong understanding of shape language, color, lighting, composition, readability, and visual polish
Experience with AI image generation workflows and creative AI tools
Strong Photoshop skills and ability to refine visuals manually
Good understanding of mobile game production constraints and optimization
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality or clarity
Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Strong communication and collaborative mindset

Big Advantage

Experience with puzzle, casual, or hybrid casual games
Unity knowledge
VFX / animation understanding
Ability to move from concept to final in a fast production pipeline

Your day-to-day in this position

Create stylized 3D assets for mobile games including gameplay elements, environments, props, UI visuals, and supporting assets
Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, variations, visual exploration, textures, references, and workflows
Refine and polish AI-generated outputs into production-ready assets
Work closely with Creative, Product, and Tech teams to ensure assets fit gameplay, readability, and technical constraints
Help define and maintain a strong visual language across the product
Support fast iteration cycles, live updates, and ongoing visual improvements
Contribute ideas, workflows, and creative solutions that improve both quality and speed
