Fast-growing mobile entertainment platform redefining how people consume scripted content. We create premium, short-form, vertical series designed for modern viewing habits: fast-paced, immersive, mobile-first, and always available on demand.
What makes this project exciting?
We are seeking an AI Creative Project Manager to shape the fast-paced, rapidly growing world of mobile micro-drama. Our series—including characters, environments, wardrobe, and overall visual identity—are generated entirely via Generative AI and produced by global partners.
This is not a traditional writing or directing role; instead, you will act as a high-level creative gatekeeper. You will review AI-generated episodes, identify creative bottlenecks, and provide precise direction to elevate the final output.
What makes you a great fit
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Film, Cinema, or related fields.
- 5–10 years in long-form, narrative or scripted content, ideally as a Script Supervisor, Script Editor, Director, or Showrunner.
- Deep understanding of micro-drama dynamics, including dramatic structures, fast pacing, returning genres, character archetypes, and cliffhangers.
- Strong analytical skills to gauge viewer engagement and translate user behavior into actionable creative direction.
- Professional working proficiency in English at an intermediate to high level.
- Familiarity with or strong openness to integrating Gen-AI tools into modern creative pipelines.
