- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the mobile/online marketing or ad-tech industry
- Solid understanding of the app marketing ecosystem, user acquisition, performance marketing, and app monetization
- Genuine industry connections and the ability to quickly build trust with clients and partners
- Experience managing large customer portfolios and handling full sales cycles (prospecting to closing)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in English (both oral and written); additional languages are a strong plus
- Independent, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key industry conferences and important client meetings
