What is your new project?

  • Provide a full scope of HR services across assigned teams.
  • Drive and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members and collect feedback through surveys.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and help team members set and achieve their goals.
  • Maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation.
  • Design and lead training programs, career paths, and development plans.
  • Collaborate with team leads to assess learning needs and build tailored initiatives.
  • Organize workshops, mentorship programs, and onboarding experiences.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust approaches based on feedback and analytics.
  • Work with recruiting, marketing, and sales to align on people initiatives.

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience: 2+ years in account management, customer success, or a related field, ideally in IT services or staff augmentation companies.  
  • Communication skills: exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).  
  • Client-centric: a strong ability to build trust, listen, and develop solutions based on client needs.  
  • Sales mindset: experience with upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals is a big advantage.  
  • Analytical thinking: ability to track key metrics, assess client satisfaction, and recommend improvements.  
  • Proactive & self-driven: a hands-on professional who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.  

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients so that all their needs are met and expectations exceeded.  
  • Onboarding and support: guide new clients through onboarding for a smooth transition into our services.  
  • Account growth: identify opportunities to expand partnerships with existing clients.  
  • Performance monitoring: track key performance metrics and client satisfaction, taking proactive measures to address any concerns.  
  • Collaboration with internal teams: work closely with recruitment, HR, and marketing teams to deliver top-tier service and ensure client success.  
  • Contract renewals and upselling: assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling of additional services.  
  • Problem-solving: act as the primary contact for client concerns and resolve their issues.
