Our client is a next‑generation lead generation company built to transform how service providers connect with real customers. AI‑driven verification engine ensures that every lead is authentic, high‑intent, and ready to convert eliminating wasted time and spend. By combining automation, real‑time data, and voice verification, they deliver only the most qualified leads directly to your sales funnel.

What makes this project exciting?

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Partnerships / Business Development Manager to lead and grow our affiliate and performance marketing activities. This is a business-focused role responsible for identifying new clients, building partnerships, and scaling affiliate campaigns.

As the program is currently in its early stage, this role will initially operate as a “one-person show”, managing both business development and partnership management. As the activity grows, the person will have the opportunity to build and lead a team of affiliate managers and partnerships specialists.

This position is ideal for someone with strong affiliate marketing and lead generation experience who understands how to connect traffic supply with demand and scale campaigns effectively.

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing
  • Experience working in an agency, affiliate network, or performance marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem (traffic sources, advertisers, publishers)
  • Experience with tracking platforms and affiliate tools (e.g., Leadbyte or similar tracking systems) is a strong advantage
  • Strong business development and partnership management skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing complex traffic generation flows
  • Background in scaling performance campaigns
  • Existing network within the affiliate marketing industry

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Identify and onboard new clients and partners in the affiliate/performance marketing ecosystem
  • Build relationships with advertisers, publishers, and traffic sources
  • Work closely with the internal team to integrate new clients and campaigns
  • Manage and maintain existing partnerships to ensure growth and long-term collaboration
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies
  • Develop and manage traffic generation and lead acquisition flows
  • Scale affiliate partnerships and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Over time, build and manage a team of affiliate managers or partnership specialists
