Our client is hiring a Senior Product Manager of Cybersecurity to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of our Security Awareness Training portfolio — spanning:

  • AI-powered Phishing Simulator
  • Security Awareness & Cybersecurity course content
  • Emerging capabilities like phishing reporting, adaptive simulations, and multi-channel attack modeling

This PM will lead the effort to out-innovate and out-simplify incumbent platforms that dominate the enterprise market but underserve SMB and mid-market buyers. Your mandate: build the most approachable, automated, and effective SAT platform on the market.

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in Security / Cybersecurity
  • B2B SaaS platforms with strong data or behavioral components
  • Security Awareness Training (nice to have)
  • Proven experience owning complex, cross-functional product roadmaps
  • Strong intuition for SMB and mid-market buyers
  • Ability to translate customer pain into clear, shippable product bets
  • Comfort working with technical systems (simulations, integrations, AI-assisted features)
  • Proven experience with tests cases management tools (TestRail or similar)
  • Hands-on startup experience—you’ve seen how quality needs to adapt when speed matters.
  • Deep understanding of modern QA principles, CI/CD tooling, and test pyramid strategies
  • Experience writing robust, maintainable automation code in a real-world product environment
  • Advantage: experience testing IDE plugins or developer-facing tools.


Your day-to-day in this position

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for EasyLlama’s Security Awareness Training pillar through 2026 and beyond
  • Translate the SAT Big Bets strategy into a clear, phased product and content roadmap aligned with revenue, retention, and differentiation goals
  • Define how EasyLlama wins against legacy SAT platforms by being simpler, more automated, more human-centric, and more AI-native

Phishing Simulator (Core Platform Ownership)

  • Own roadmap and delivery of the AI-powered Phishing Simulator, including:

Phishing Reporter browser plugin

Custom phishing template authoring

Advanced simulation types (credential harvesting, SaaS impersonation, SMS, QR, Slack, vishing)

  • Adaptive and role-based campaign logic
  • Partner with engineering and AI/ML resources to evolve toward polymorphic, AI-driven simulations
  • Define success metrics for simulations (risk reduction, behavior change, adoption, expansion)

Security Awareness Course Content

  • Own the cybersecurity content roadmap, including:
  • Conversational, scenario-based SAT courses - aligned to Phishing Simulator Campaign types
  • AI- and threat-driven emerging topics
  • Alignment with evolving SEC, FTC, and state-level mandates
  • Partner with EasyLlama’s internal stakeholders and Product Team, Cybersecurity SMEs, and Content Teams to ensure best-in-class quality and relevance
  • Ensure content reinforces simulator learnings (awareness → behavior → reinforcement loop)

Competitive & Market Leadership

  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of SAT incumbents (KnowBe4, Adaptive Security, Hoxhunt) and emerging challengers
  • Identify feature gaps, usability weaknesses, and pricing mismatches that EasyLlama can exploit
  • Help position EasyLlama as the best-fit SAT platform for SMB and mid-market buyers who want fewer tools and faster time-to-value

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with:
  • Engineering & Design on delivery and UX
  • Sales & Marketing on packaging, demos, and GTM narratives
  • Customer Experience on feedback loops and expansion signals
  • Act as the internal subject-matter leader for SAT across the company

What Success Looks Like

By the end of 2026, this PM will have:

  • Helped establish SAT as a meaningful revenue pillar (targeting ~5% of ARR)
  • Augment and evolve a competitive, AI-forward phishing platform that materially closes the feature gap with incumbents
  • Increased multi-product adoption, ACV, and retention across EasyLlama’s customer base
  • Positioned EasyLlama as a credible alternative to enterprise-grade SAT platforms — without enterprise-grade complexity!
