Our client is a fast-growing, performance-driven agency that partners with some of the most exciting B2B tech startups worldwide. Focused on personalized outreach and measurable results, they act as an extension of their clients’ teams, ensuring speed, clarity, and high-quality execution.
What makes you a great fit
You love operations - and it shows.
- Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward action.
- Strong experience with tools like Notion, Monday.com, Airtable, Zapier, Make, etc.
- Ability to map out systems visually (Loom, Whimsical, Miro - whatever works for you).
- Tech-savvy and automation-obsessed.
- Comfortable working independently and with ambiguity - we move fast.
- Available to work 1 PM-9 PM EET (to sync with US clients and founder).
- Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked in a lead gen, marketing, or creative agency before.
- Have implemented or run revenue ops or client onboarding systems.
- Understand outbound sales cycles, deliverables, and client-facing processes.
- Are familiar with the challenges of scaling a bootstrapped service business.
