What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Head of Designer team in casual or hyper-casual gaming.
- Strong hands-on skills in art production for live operations and social media.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX design and visual communication in gaming.
- Ability to work in a remote team setup and manage people remotely.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
