What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience
- Shape the user experience of our product for both existing and new features
- Ability to work fast and produce multiple solutions
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of interfaces
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers
- Evaluate user feedback to enhance and refine the user experience
- Engage in all stages of visual design, from initial concept to final implementation
- Self-taught, curious, fast learner, fast to respond
- Diligent and thorough, able to meet targets (regardless of the circumstances) and work under intense and demanding schedules.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive, driven attitude.
- Capable of integrating into a startup environment with all that it entails – handling daily tasks and targets. Able to cope with pressure and heavy workload while maintaining a high level of personal responsibility to meet daily targets.
Advantage:
- Familiarity using - illustrator/photoshop/after effects
- Previous experience with B2C companies
