We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will drive our recruitment efforts, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the experience for both candidates and clients.

What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or IT recruiter in an agency setting (2+ years preferred).
- Are fluent in English and can comfortably communicate with native speakers.
- Familiarity with technical terms, programming languages, and software development life cycle.
- Strong sourcing skills using various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain a service-oriented approach in communication.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment software is a plus.
