What makes you a great fit

  • 2–3 years of experience in software development (Java preferred, C++/Rust also considered)
  • Understanding of system-level programming concepts
  • Experience with data pipelines and APIs
  • Ability to monitor data quality and troubleshoot system issues
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a small team
  • Good communication skills and openness to feedback

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Develop and maintain backend components primarily in Java (C++/Rust developers welcome to transition)
  • Build, maintain, and improve data pipelines for real-time systems
  • Monitor data quality and system performance, ensuring smooth operation
  • Integrate and work with datasets via APIs
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to deliver production-ready solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data flow and processing
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to improving development processes
