What makes you a great fit
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our offshore team and take a key role in building and evolving Swimm’s frontend applications and IDE-adjacent experiences. This role is hands-on, product-oriented, and requires a high degree of independence. You will work on complex user-facing flows used daily by professional developers, often in enterprise and on-prem environments.
- Strong experience with Vue 3 (major advantage)
- OR strong experience with React and a clear willingness to learn a new framework
- Solid understanding of Markdown-based systems (TipTap or similar editors is a strong advantage)
- Proven experience working on product companies, preferably startups (must-have)
- Experience working on enterprise-grade products (strong advantage)
- Experience supporting or developing on-prem or customer-hosted deployments
- Ability to work as an independent, self-starter, comfortable owning features and making decisions
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance, and maintainability
- Experience collaborating in distributed, remote teams
