What makes you a great fit
- 4+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps with strong data platform exposure
- Genuine hands-on experience across at least two of AWS, Azure, GCP - including cloud-native data services on each
- Proficiency with IaC tooling - Terraform strongly preferred
- CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or managed container services
- Understanding of cross-cloud data movement and integration patterns
- Cloud security fundamentals - IAM, RBAC, VPC design, encryption, secrets management
- Python and/or Bash scripting proficiency
- Agile delivery experience (Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Upper-intermediate level of English
Preferred
- True multi-cloud project delivery experience - not just secondary provider familiarity, but actual delivery on two or more clouds
- FinOps experience - cross-cloud cost governance and optimization
- Experience with data-specific infrastructure (Databricks cluster management, Snowflake networking, Kafka operations)
- Familiarity with data observability and monitoring tooling
- Exposure to regulated industry compliance requirements across different cloud environments
