What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
  • Domain Experience: You have worked with Banking, FinTech, Telecom, or Public Sector projects. You understand how complex enterprise systems and workflows operate.
  • English – Advanced: You are comfortable leading meetings and negotiating with native speakers (US/EU).
  • Documentation Skills: You know how to write high-quality technical documentation and User Stories (not just vague descriptions).
  • Proactive communication: You don’t wait for answers; you ask the right questions to clarify ambiguity.

Nice to have:

  • Technical background (understanding of APIs, databases, or basic coding concepts).

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Communicate with clients: conduct regular calls and workshops with stakeholders in the US and Europe to gather requirements.
  • Document requirements: transform high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications.
  • Create User Stories: write clear, structured User Stories with precise Acceptance Criteria for the R&D team.
  • Support the team: answer developers' questions during the sprint and ensure the implemented solution matches the client's request.
