What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
- Domain Experience: You have worked with Banking, FinTech, Telecom, or Public Sector projects. You understand how complex enterprise systems and workflows operate.
- English – Advanced: You are comfortable leading meetings and negotiating with native speakers (US/EU).
- Documentation Skills: You know how to write high-quality technical documentation and User Stories (not just vague descriptions).
- Proactive communication: You don’t wait for answers; you ask the right questions to clarify ambiguity.
Nice to have:
- Technical background (understanding of APIs, databases, or basic coding concepts).
