What makes this project exciting?

Our client is solving a real, tangible problem in real estate by replacing manual inspections with a smart, AR-powered workflow. The app supports customizable inspection types (move-in, move-out, walkthroughs), checklists, automated reports, and long-term condition tracking for buildings with hundreds of units.

From a technical perspective, this is a highly hands-on product that combines classic iOS UI with advanced AR, 3D modeling, and LiDAR scanning. The product is already live and growing, but still early-stage, meaning you will have real ownership, influence on architecture, and space to shape how AR and 3D are used in production.

What makes you a great fit

  • Strong native iOS experience with solid knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit, and a track record of building and maintaining complex iOS applications
  • Good understanding of iOS architecture, performance, and app scalability, and ability to work on production-level code
  • Fluent English and confidence working directly with a US-based tech lead, with partial overlap with US time zones
  • Experience or strong interest in working with camera-based, AR, LiDAR, or 3D-related features, and the ability to quickly grow into AR / 3D-heavy development
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage startup, taking ownership and adapting to evolving product requirements


Your day-to-day in this position

  • Developing and maintaining a native iOS app used for real-world property inspections
  • Working with SwiftUI and UIKit across complex user flows
  • Implementing and improving AR-based scanning and room capture
  • Helping evolve inspection workflows, checklists, and reporting features
  • Collaborating closely with a US-based founder / tech lead
  • Gradually diving deeper into AR, LiDAR, and 3D as part of the product core
