What makes this project exciting?
Our client enables insurers, brokers and agents to cyber profile and benchmark the cyber insurance risk of small to medium businesses worldwide and to estimate the financial impact of cyber on their business using our unique Cyber Profiling technology. Their solutions for informed cyber underwriting, aggregated risk management, and digital customer enablement are used by leading companies in the US and Europe.
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Strong expertise with PHP 8 and Yii2 framework
- Solid knowledge of MySQL (design, optimization, complex queries)
- Experience with JavaScript and jQuery for frontend development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS)
- Knowledge of deployment and CI/CD tools: Docker, GitHub Actions
- Strong understanding of software architecture and best coding practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team
- Fluent English
- Experience with AI - as a plus
