What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience (Senior-level scope)
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS growth products
  • Strong background in data-driven product development and experimentation
  • Experience owning end-to-end product systems, not just features
  • High technical acumen:

  • Experimentation frameworks
  • Experience working closely with Engineering on platform-level systems
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes (growth, retention, expansion)


Required Experience

  • “Growth PM” and/or “Platform PM” in B2B SaaS environment
  • Data-heavy experimentation
  • Demonstrable experience owning metrics like activation, retention, and expansion
  • Experience with multi-product platforms


Strong Plus

  • Experience in Vertical SaaS (HR, compliance, payroll, etc.)
  • Experience building AI-driven product systems
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems or platforms

Your day-to-day in this position

Core Platform Growth Loop (End-to-End Ownership)

Identify and optimize the system that drives customer value and business growth:

  • Onboarding & Time-to-Value (TTV)
  • Product & content discovery
  • Course assignment flows (compliance + cybersecurity)
  • Recertification logic and lifecycle automation
  • Cross-product adoption and expansion


Define and evolve the end-to-end system, not just individual features.


Platform Architecture & Systems Design (Co-Ownership with Engineering)

Partner with Engineering and Design to modernize EasyLlama’s platform:

  • Define scalable systems architecture to support growth and multi-product expansion
  • Own evolution of content metadata models, taxonomy, and mapping logic
  • Improve platform interoperability across products (LMS, SAT, AI Authoring, Policies)
  • Ensure the platform is built for AI-era scalability and extensibility


Data, Instrumentation & Experimentation Infrastructure (Co-Ownership with Data Engineering)

Build the foundation for data-driven product development:

  • Define and own analytics instrumentation strategy across the platform
  • Partner with Data Engineering to evolve data pipelines and event architecture
  • Own A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Establish a culture of rapid experimentation with measurable outcomes


AI-Driven Growth Systems

  • Lead the development of AI-native growth loops:
  • Recommendation engines (training, policies, smart actions)
  • Intelligent nudges and automation (admin + learner workflows)
  • Personalization across roles, industries, and risk profiles
  • AI-assisted decisioning for assignment, recertification, and compliance mapping


Ensure AI is not a feature—but a core system embedded in the platform.


Monetization & Expansion (PLG + Sales-Assisted Hybrid)

Drive revenue growth through product experience:

  • Optimize self-serve onboarding and product-led expansion (PLG)
  • Enhance sales-assisted workflows (admin UX, upsell surfaces, packaging)
  • Improve multi-product adoption across the customer base (post-onboarding)
  • Partner with GTM teams to align product experience with customer positioning and messaging


Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner closely with:

  • Engineering (Frontend and Backend)
  • Design (Staff Product Designer, Growth)
  • Product (Compliance and Content)
  • Data & Analytics (Data Engineering)
  • Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience


Act as the internal leader for platform growth systems, ensuring alignment across all product surfaces.

By the end of 2026, this PM will have:

  • Established a scalable experimentation engine across the platform
  • Increased Course Assignment Rate (CAR) across all segments
  • Driven meaningful improvements in:
  • Retention / churn reduction

  • Reduced time-to-first-course assignment and improved onboarding activation
  • Built a unified data foundation for product decision-making
