What makes you a great fit

  • Strong Unity expertise, particularly in 3D, UI, animations, lighting, and post-processing
  • Deep understanding of Unity’s systems and limitations (UI, animation controllers, lighting, shaders, materials, and optimization)
  • Experience implementing 2D/3D assets and animation workflows in Unity
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and/or 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Maya)
  • Basic C# scripting skills for asset integration and animations
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong accountability, with the ability to independently manage tasks and follow through
  • A passion for growth and continuous learning
  • portfolio that showcases your technical artistry
  • Upper-intermediate English level

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Be part of a one-of-a-kind Technical Art team, playing a key role in the development of multiple games
  • Collaborate on a wide variety of Unity-based games involving 2D, 3D, and UI elements
  • Seamlessly switch between different projects and adapt quickly to varying artistic and technical requirements
  • Take ownership of features—from initial setup through implementation—including scene structure and prefab architecture
  • Act as a bridge between developers, artists, designers, and production to ensure smooth communication and execution
  • Create 2D and 3D animations using diverse techniques and tools
  • Design and implement particle effects, shaders, lights and post-processing effects
  • Continuously explore and evaluate new tools, plugins, and workflows to improve pipeline efficiency
