Senior Backend Developer
About The Position
MWDN company is looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented Senior Backend Developer who would like to be a part of a team working on brand-new startup projects for foreign customers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain back-end systems.
- Work in highly concurrent environments with a large amount of data, facing performance, scalability, latency, and resource consumption challenges every day.
- Be proactive, and autonomous, propose improvements, and collaborate with different profile technicians as well as Product Owners.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and develop automated monitoring of system performance and health.
Requirements
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficient with either Python or Rust.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Clear communication skills to highlight the overall progress, risk/issue, and mitigation plan.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellence with SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker Swarm.
- Ability to learn new technologies and programming languages.
- Level of spoken English: at least an upper-intermediate.
Nice to have
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience with RabbitMQ and/or Kafka.
- Experience with Python, Rust, and/or C++.
