About The Position

Our client, Online Travel Platform (NLP-Based App), looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented Product Manager. You will have a unique opportunity to shape the development and growth of the APP. You will play a crucial role in defining the product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring the app provides exceptional value to the partners. Our client is seeking a talented and visionary individual with a strong background in hospitality, and product management, and a passion for driving innovation in the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the overall company goals and B2B2C objectives.
  • Conduct market research and collaborate with partners to identify pain points and opportunities where we can enhance their travel services.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and marketing, to translate partner requirements into product features and enhancements.
  • Conduct regular user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on the app's user experience, ensuring it meets the needs of B2B partners and end-users.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements.
  • Use data analytics and user insights to measure and optimize the app's performance, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, and the competitive landscape to drive continuous innovation.
  • Work closely with B2B partners, gathering feedback and building strong relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and product-market fit.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support the acquisition and retention of B2B partners.
  • Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex products or applications.
  • Proven experience in the e-commerce/marketplace is a must. Experience in hospitality is an extra.
  • Solid understanding of B2B dynamics and partner relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and disrupting the travel industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Agile mindset.
  • A good understanding and experience in natural language processing (NLP) technologies, machine learning, and language understanding models - is a plus.
  • Experience in a startup company is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
