About The Position
MWDN company is looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented Blockchain developer who would like to be a part of a team working on brand-new startup projects for foreign customers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of features, taking ideas from conception to production.
- Own significant components of the product’s core infrastructure, ensuring high availability and redundancy in distributed systems.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code.
- Communicate and document ideas and flows.
- Publish and present in journals and conferences
Requirements
- Over 5 years of coding experience, including at least 2 years with Go.
- At least 3 years of experience in blockchain technologies such as Ethereum (or other EVM-based chains), Bitcoin, or any other smart-contract supporting chains; including familiarity with dev tools like hardhat, remix, etc.
- Minimum of 3 years in contributing to system architecture and design, focusing on reliability and scalability.
- Experience in setting up and operating blockchain nodes.
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
Advantageous skills:
- Background in components like L2s, Oracles, Bridges, RPCs.
- Experience in smart contract development using Solidity, Vyper, Rust, etc.
- Experience coding in Python, Node.js, C++.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure management.
- Understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and DeFi.
- Experience in financial software markets.
- Knowledge in designing distributed cryptographic systems and protocols.
- Track record in developing and managing online services and distributed systems.
