What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of experience managing performance-driven programmatic or mobile user acquisition campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, RTB protocols, and tracking platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, TUNE).
  • Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROI, eCPM, etc.) and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with mobile or desktop app user acquisition.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, direct publisher deals, or API integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML tags, macros, and pixel tracking setup.

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Plan, launch, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Web, in-app, and CTV campaigns.
  • Manage campaign setup, tracking, pacing, and budget allocation to meet performance KPIs.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the product and tech teams to improve tracking, automation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot delivery or technical issues in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with traffic sources, publishers, and partners.
  • Ensure adherence to brand safety, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
