What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or a similar role with a focus on managing high-budget campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
  • Experience with pixel integrations, AppsFlyer, or other attribution tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize large budgets across multiple media channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful ad briefs and provide constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management and vendor negotiations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Your day-to-day in this position

1. Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across various media channels, including social media, DSPs, video networks, search engines, offerwalls, mobile and web platforms, and alternative media.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve key metrics and maximize ROI.
  • Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to campaigns.

2. Creative and Ad Brief Development:

  • Provide detailed feedback on creative assets and collaborate with the creative team to enhance ad content.
  • Write clear and effective ad briefs that align with campaign objectives and audience insights.

3. Technical Expertise and Integration:

  • Manage and troubleshoot pixel implementations and integrations across media networks to ensure accurate tracking and data collection.
  • Leverage AppsFlyer or similar attribution tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and user behavior.

4. Budget Planning and Management:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize budgets for user acquisition campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing spend effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular budget reviews and forecasts to align with strategic growth goals.

5. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, platforms, and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to secure favorable rates and opportunities.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for campaign improvement.
