We are seeking a CRM Manager to join our fast growing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our valued players, driving engagement, and maximizing players' value.

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM / Monetization management, preferably within the online gambling or social gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and analyzing successful marketing campaigns and monthly calendar, across various channels (email, push, in game pop-up, social media, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, data segmentation, and campaign automation.
  • Experience writing clear and concise marketing briefs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g.,Optimove, Bloomreach, Smartico) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Data studio).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for the online casino industry and a strong understanding of players psychology.

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to the sweepstakes casino industry.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze segmented marketing campaigns across various channels to acquire and retain players.
  • Write clear and concise briefs for marketing materials and ensure alignment with overall CRM goals.
  • Create campaign configurations using our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation capabilities, and campaign automation.
  • Analyze campaign performance using A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments (marketing, operations, customer support).
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRM and sweepstakes casino marketing.
